While people recognize the benefits of having a regular fitness schedule, most of them will not stick with a plan after a short while.  It all boiled down to a few, repeating factors.

The Problems with Other Fitness Training Methods

There is problem with big box gyms, and personal training or boot camps and that is Time and money. If you were to workout on your own without a personal trainer you are at a high risk for injury

It really came to 4 main reasons:
1. Time of practice
2. Length of practice
3. Cost
4. Boredom
 

Time of practice.
  Most people have a demanding schedule that leaves them little flexibility if a certain class takes place at a specific time.  More often than not, life will set in and when given the choice between having a fitness practice and reacting to an urgent matter, the latter will usually win.

Length of practice. Taking an hour from one’s schedule may be too much for many people.  That doesn’t include driving to location, changing clothes, etc.  And research about the optimal length of a fitness practice actually points toward shorter sessions.

Cost. Hiring a personal trainer to achieve one’s fitness and weight goals may be too expensive for many people.  And that usually comes on top of a membership cost to a gym.  While initial enthusiasm may justify the price, over time the cost may become a real negative factor.
